Anyway, I think the most serious fact here is not the use of a perk without authorization from its owner.
The fact that draws attention, is that Killa has said that he (or she) is a hacker, the admins know and he (or she) paid 150 tokens for it.
Now he retracts all, but also said perk did not come from nowhere.
If the admins knew nothing of this, now they know it..! and yet they have not done anything about. And since they have the means to do something and don´t do it, at least it´s negligence on the part the administration.
And it's ugly, the truth, for all who play cleanly. encourages others to do things wrong, because at the end "nothing happens here".
