Account got reset issues

Hi, I hope someone can help me with this problem.

For some reason, the game connected to my Gmail account has been reset. I had been in contact with someone for Tacticsoft called Jess, who advised me to complete the initial tutorial and try logging out and logging in. However, this proved unsuccessful and I now have an account which has been started over from the very beginning. Can anyone help me on this? Thanks in advance.

Contact Jess again and tell them what happened so you can go to the next step of help desk.

I did, about 3 times, but I didn’t receive any more replies.

Give it some time Jess always gets back to me.
